The holes are perfect for 6 M4 bolts to secure a 36T pulley to on the other side using a faceplate on the outside making a 'wheel sandwich'. The plastic used is perfect as it is soft enough to dampen vibrations while riding. The bearings are also very smooth colour is a nice and the colour is bright orange without being too neon and overpowering.
