Edited review: Seller corrected the original problem of mismatched blowing tubes by sending me 10 of the correct ones with zero hassle.The instructions weren't very clear but you get the overall idea on how it should work.  When they mention you need to not eat or drink for a period before using it that is important to stress.  Even drinking water can throw off the results since it's measuring ketones present in your mouth via your breath.  So I've adjusted to mostly testing in the morning to see if I'm in ketosis before starting my day.  It usually takes two 20 second warm up cycles before it's ready, and the test does proceed quickly.  I find I need to give it a forceful exhalation - it seems to do some kind of pre-check during the test to see if any ketones are detected before running the full test?  Not really sure since the instructions are not well written.I do find much better results than with the urine test strips and it is a nice doublecheck on my keto diet efforts.

I carefully followed instructions and frequently tried to use the meter.  It registered "0.0" about 90% of the time.  I tried to really "clear" the meter and to blow into it in different ways to no avail.  Very disappointed.  Maybe mine was defective.

I have 2 different ketone readers, both read different. Not sure which to trust.Ease of use is pretty much the only perk. Pretty quick start up.
