This unit is bloomin brilliant. I can "hoover" away in my tank for as long as it takes, without losing/changing water and without replacing batteries or making a mess. Plug in and hoover till its done. Changing the "bag" is a little chore but compared to the alternatives, no problem. It may seem expensive, but to be honest I wouldnt want it to be cheaper as it would probably be of inferior quality and not work so well or last as long. I have two tanks so doubly beneficial and easy to use on both tanks. Its not a "fit and forget" more a clip on and use kinda guy. I wanted a ton of "experts" on line reviewing this before buying and most said it was great but expensive. I agree its great, but probably about the right money. Aquariums are not cheap to run, so if you can afford one my guess is that you can afford this, and I would suggest you wont regret it.
