I had to return it then buy the Prime Video version. That played without failure. ------- I looked for this before I bought: " Playback Region 2 :This will not play on most DVD players sold in the U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada, and Bermuda. I went to play it on my computer and the VLC Media Player I use for watching DVDs in Windows 10. The software kept choking when I opted for "Play Movie". I found another way to what it by "Select Scenes" then "Play Movie". Alternatively, I was able to pick a different region in CyberLink PowerDVD 16 and watch it in English (as Australia was in the options) . Be warned and best of luck!
