Gone through every treatment known to man except surgery and nothing took my pain 100% away. Finally was told by my Doctor to take 2 Aleve twice a day. Well, I did that for several years and it never really helped plus exposed me to all the side effects of this medication. Fast forward to last fall and I was told to try Tumeric. I noticed relief within 24 hrs. I take 1000 mg in the morning and my hips haven't bothered me for one second since starting. BTW I am a very busy ER nurse and Flightnurse who works 12 hr shifts pounding on hard floors. Tumeric has many other properties so do the research !! I am absolutely a believer in it's anti-inflammatory properties. BTW I have stopped taking Aleve, Don't need it anymore. Nothing hurts =) Love, Love, Love it !!!Also Helix Healthstore is a top notch business.
