Just got through an entire session with no wrist or forearm strain.They can be a little fiddly at first getting used to the method of tightening them but once you get it, they are incredible. I'm sure not everyone will get the kind of benefit that I did but for the sake of £6, it's definitely worth a go if you have the same trouble as I did. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dotted for your pleasure *by M***K on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 October 2017* I’ve used a number of grips over the years and while I’ve no complaints with any of them, I wouldn’t go back after using these.It seems such a simple idea but the addition of rubbery dots massively increases your grip and the neoprene padding completely gets rid of any chafing or the material digging into your wrist.They haven’t magically allowed me to double a PB or get 3 extra sets but honestly, they probably have added 1 or 2 reps to each deadlift set! Which is great!They also come in a variety of colours. They are very rigid due to the fact that they have a rubber logo all along the actual strap part which makes it very difficult to get the strap around the bar. Getting the first one on is fine, but when you have to do the second one-handed it's tough.
