I have been using Immunitone for years, and I find it to be extremely effective for chasing away the first signs of respiratory infections. As soon as I find myself sneezing more than once or twice, start to feel something brewing in my sinuses, or even feel a hint of digestive or flu-like bugs, I take a couple of these, and whatever it is usually goes away. If I keep feeling like I am fighting something but am winning, I take two of these capsules, every two or three hours, a few times more. If I feel like I am losing the battle, I also take MycoPotent and Wellness Formula, and between the three, I hardly ever get sick.
