There's an incredible verticality to the proceedings that make this shooter feel like none other. Otherwise, it's about what you'd expect; a lot of fun, but not exactly though-provoking. The story is interesting, especially your character, who is essentially a walking corpse that was randomly chosen off of the battlefield. He has no connection to events and is sorta like Mater from Cars 2; always being mistaken for someone else, but he adapts so well no one can really tell the difference. You want fun shooter action, but you're tired of the twitch, rail-shooter gameplay of COD? Crysis 2 will entertain the hell out of you. Want a thought-provoking sci-fi adventure?
