I take two of these in the morning along with Nature's Best Raspberry Ketones and one Centrum Specialist Energy vitamin. I've tried all of them on their own to see if I was wasting my money and could eliminate one, but I felt like each had their own unique effect.1) Centrum Specialist Energy - Daily vitamin dose plus a definite energy boost (no need for coffee in the morning - bonus!)2) Raspberry Ketones - Reduces appetite3) Dexatrim Max - Also reduces appetite, but also mellowed me out mentally (in a good way) and completely removed the desire to eat chocolate, peanut butter, pie, ice cream, and I now order a half sandwich instead of a foot long when I go grab lunch. This is the most significant game change for me and as a result I've dropped from 230 pounds to 218 in a month, and only have 12-15 pound more to go to reach my goal.Like I said, there is no single magic bullet. So don't count on that.
