Only problem was that the joint between the two pieces of the scissors got loose. I contacted the seller and was immediately sent another replacement although there was a small round screwdriver-like tool included in the package to tighten the joint that I hadn't noticed. Using the tool, the scissors were fixed good as new. Despite this, they still sent a replacement anyways.
