Great product to build your core strength for overall fitness and cardio. My recommendation is to buy the heaver weighted vest so as you get stronger you can still use it without purchasing a larger one to add more weight. That way on the day's you are feeling much stronger you can add weight and on the day's you don't feel like going all out you can cut back a little and still have the capabilities do use the vest. Since I'm a Disabled Vet with a total left knee and total right hip replacement plus back surgery.... I bought the 80 pounder which works great for me.
