Our first eye patch only covered the lense which allowed my son to look over and around the patch or through peripheral . These are tall enough he can’t see over and they have side blinders to stop peripheral. There is also a place for the ear piece to slip through which keeps it in place which is really nice. It turned out to be a regular patch that had a decorative patched attached to the front. Well eventually we missed placed it and since we are still doing therapy for a lazy eye I ordered these cheap alternatives. They are great. Not as good of quality as the original but if we loose one oh well we have 5 more.
