I'm a long-time user of facial blotting papers, and these are the most ineffective ones I've ever used. The material these are made of isn’t absorbent, or maybe it's the finish on the paper. I would use two or three sequentially, without satisfactory results. The five star reviews here truly mystify me, and I can only guess maybe those reviewers have never used blotting papers before. I'm now using a bamboo charcoal brand you can also find on amazon. They're extremely effective, and only one sheet needed. ### ⭐⭐ Cheap price, cheap product *by E***. on Reviewed in the United States on July 16, 2018* This product was the best value I could find, which is the primary reason why I chose this specific brand. I've used these when my face was just starting to feel oily/greasy, and when I felt that I was wiping moisture away with my bare hands. These sheets barely did anything, even after times when using over 10 sheets on my whole face. You can hardly tell that the sheets absorb any oil, maybe minimal at best. You can feel a subtle difference on your skin after use, but it's no better than just using a basic facial tissue. I didn't find they worked on my cheeks or temples, they barely worked on my chin and nose, though worked the most on my forehead.
