I took half the unset mixture, put it in the blender with one can of cold coconut cream, and fresh strawberries. Personally, I wouldn't repurchase it, though I mildly enjoyed eating it. I made mine with the complete almond milk option and used unsweetened vanilla almond milk. The pudding has a "dark chocolate" vibe to it, flavor wise, and I thought that they did a pretty good job with the flavor. The texture is odd - it reminds me so much of jello, though it's not quite that stiff. I've never had solid chocolate jello like that (it's not like the texture of a jello pudding cup, but rather traditional jello) and my brain is not digging the combo.
