What I did suffer with though was endometriosis & tremendous menstral cramps to the point of putting me to bed for two or three DAYS at a time. It was horrible. I searched for anything and everything I could to get through every month without so much pain. Along with the pain came, yes, you got it, the infamous PMS. Well of course, what would one expect when you have to go through this month after month. I tuned to a neighborhood Nutrition Shop, just a little shop but as soon as I asked the attendant what she thought would help me she immediately whisked this bottle off the shelf. I was a tiny bit hesitant at first due to the cautioning on the bottle, but desperate so I tried it. Month after month my pain decreased, mood increased and overall felt better all the time. It wasn't a "overnight" fix but I have learned through the years that when it comes to our body's, naturally, nothing is. But is still the best way to go rather than putting chemicals in your body.
