## Description

The USA Pan Quarter Sheet Pan is made in the USA from globally sourced materials by a family owned and operated business. The quarter sheet is like a half sheet junior and is perfect for smaller jobs, toaster ovens (be sure to measure so it fits!), roasting veggies, splitting up sheet cakes and every day quick jobs (how about in the rv or a smaller kitchen!). Our baking sheet pans feature a unique corrugated surface which provides air circulation all around for better browning, more even baking and super easy release. The ¼ sheet pan is finished with USA Pan’s proprietary AMERICOAT nonstick coating, a nonstick silicone - which allows easy release of baked goods from the pan and makes clean up a breeze. USA Pan bakeware is made with aluminized steel, the material of choice for commercial bakeries. Steel for maximum strength and long term durability and aluminum for superior heat conductivity. Our sheet pans are finished with a steel wire in the rim, which provides extra strength and further resistance to warping. Do not exceed 450°F (230°C). Please note, our bakeware conducts heat efficiently, which may require you to reduce the time and temperature as necessary. Hand wash nonstick bakeware in warm water with mild dishwashing soap using a sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly. We recommend using only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils. **Q: can you use in the toaster oven?**
A: Hi Debra,The USA Pan Quarter Sheet Pan has outside dimensions of 13 x 9.5 x 1 inches. The Quarter Sheet Pan was designed for use in a number of modern toaster ovens (including Breville Smart Ovens) . I recommend that you check the dimensions of your toaster oven to make sure this will fit inside it.

**Q: Will an 8 x 12 cooling/roasting rack fit properly and securely inside the quarter sheet pan ?**
A: It will fit, but there may be some slight movement of the rack in the pan.  I would recommend putting foil over the pan, laying the rack over the foil and then lightly crimping the foil around the edge of pan.  The foil may stabilize the rack a bit and you will have easy clean up if you are planning to roast something in the oven.

**Q: Measurement of extra large sheet pan**
A: Description says “20.25 x 14.25 x 1 inches*

Like many of us I have a collection of baking sheets, some from my mother who if living would be 104 years old. So they have seen better days. I have recently discovered USA pans and am slowly replacing some of my metal bakeware pieces with these fine quality well made pieces. Before purchasing this 1/4 sheet size pan I had only my mothers old 1/4 sheet pan. It is coated with years of "patina" and I always had to wrap it in foil if I used it. But I do use it! So after purchasing one of USA pans 9 inch pie tins, which I found to be of high quality I decided it was high time to buy a new 1/4 sheet pan. I was pleased to find it here on Amazon and it arrived this afternoon the same day order ( thank you Amazon!). I am baking a triple berry slab pie for a friend who is visiting tomorrow. These pies are typically baked on a 1/2 size cookie sheet ( with sides ) and made to serve a crowd. But I did not want to make a huge pie so I decided to use a 1/4 sheet size and wanted a nice clean new pan to bake it in. This is going to be perfect. The pan is heavy and well made as was the pie pan. They are stated to be non stick and feel as though they do have a coating. I would compare these to Nordic ware or other good high quality bakeware. They are comparably priced. I like that the bottoms are slightly corrugated to allow airflow. I am sure this will deliver many fine oven baked foods and last for years to come! At near 70 years old it will outlast me for sure! Great cookware that your grandkids can enjoy long after you have passed on!
