One got this color, and the other got white, which ironically is linking to the black version on my order history. (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PQJXBJ1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 - I'll link a review there to this one.)Main reason we bought this one was because it is:1. cheaper than most of the other versions.2. self balancing.3. could get here before Christmas4. color we wanted.Initial impression:-seems like good quality materials-Noted that the chargers between both were slightly different plugs. (90 degree -down from outlet or 90 degree to the side.) Not a game change, but noted it.Working impression:-I couldn't test I'm beyond the wait limit.-charged both hoverboards Xmas eve before wrapping them.-daughters got them today (Christmas, 2020)--I had them place the boards on level laminate flooring and hold the power button for 5-7 seconds as instructed to calibrate the board. Let it stay in this "calibration state" for awhile while looking up how to tell if it's calibrated (turns out there isn't a way, just the flashing lights indicate it is calibrated....)-turn them on, board doesn't move as expected since we already leveled it out from calibrating.-first kid gets on, immediately notices that it's not as easy to get on as her older sister's board (Hover-1 board she got last month for her birthday.) She has some balance issues on it and is having problems getting it to go.-second kid gets on, she has better luck and is able to get the board moving relatively easily. Also noted that the balance is not as easy as the Hover-1 board her sister has.They tried this out for about 5-10 minutes with the same level of issues. It's Christmas though and they've moved on to other toys. I'll have them try again and update again before making the decision to return these boards. Something tells me I'll be returning these boards and going with the Hover1 brand. I'll update this review after the next round. ### ⭐ No exchange after “burning” smell. *by A***K on Reviewed in the United States on June 29, 2020* When I plugged in the hoverboard to charge it there was a “burning” smell. The instructions warn about this smell and say to contact the manufacturer/seller immediately. When I DID that, they refused to exchange it for a different hoverboard because they said I “should’ve inspected it”. That’s literally what I did????? Anyhow. The smell got stronger and the hoverboard refused to charge. VERY unhappy. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Hoverboard *by N***Y on Reviewed in the United States on February 7, 2020* I ordered 2 of these for our daughters for Christmas. They stated they had Bluetooth but it did not work. One ended up dying and wouldn't turn on.
