Im left handed so have to remember to flip the kettle around on its base so the handle is on the left side, if your right handed very easy to use **Q: Is it plugged in the wall? Sorry I can’t seem to see any pics of cord** A: It stands on a black plastic base which has a cable to plug into a wall socket. The bottom of the kettle has a connector that fits onto a connector on the base to make the electrical contact.
