Iv tried as per online instruction but nothing happens. Thank you** A: To descale put 2 Bosch tassimo descaling tablets in water tank (trust me these are easier to use) fill water to descaling line (this is lower than full line) put the cleaner pod in stored on lower left side of the machine and hold start button for 5 seconds. All the lights blink And it runs for about 20 mins. Have container to catch drips. When it's done flush through 3 times like you are making a drink normally and rinse your water tank. Done until next time.
