A little goes a long way and this is a large jar. You don't have to keep reapplying more of this to the target area like you would with a thinner cream. It is pretty thick at first. This is exactly what my OT therapist uses and I needed to do a lot more therapy on myself outside of seeing her. I love that this doesn’t absorb in real quickly like a lotion. It provides me with a good material to massage the scar tissue in the middle of my hand from my surgery. I’m glad I got this tub because I have other hand surgeries coming up and I know I’ll get more use out of it. You only use a very little bit of it because little goes along way, it does make my hand feel nice afterwards, Soft. I like the minimum ingredients that it has, but they are very good ingredients.
