It's very easy to carry and convinient to store. I use a hook to hang it on the wall so it does not take up much space. It is comfortable. I like to do the bridge and plank on it, it's softness is very suitable. It is water resistant and very easy to clean. I like it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ great padding *by L***W on August 20, 2019* I got this padding for kickboxing. I used to workout at a gym but the hours were not flexible enough for my schedule. I got a Wave Master bag and 2 of these mats and it's like the gym. Much better on my knees and feet with the padding than just carpet. I looked for the thickest mats with the cheapest price and so far these are holding up to daily use. I like the Velcro on the sides of the mat which help keep them in place as they are used.My one tiny con would be the gaps created in the mats where they allow folding. I can feel them when I move around the bag but since I just want a fun way to workout they are a reasonable trade-off.
