To my surprise, after a little over a week of supplementation my symptoms are significantly better. Physically better, I have less joint pain, and bowel movements are near perfect.I remain skeptical of its long term use, as diet is really the only way to prevent further damage to the gut once it is healed. I intend on quitting use after about a month or so. But, I will keep this supplement around in case I need it again.Note that I also started supplementing with magnesium and started a probiotic 3 days ago. I was told I had to take antacids everyday for the rest of my life--BUT I read the side affects--causes stomach cancer and ostreoprosis! Can't see saving myself from Pancreaous cancer to die of a broken hip! So I began taking this every nite on empty stomach so that it could repair while I slept. It only took a few months and I was off all stomach acid reducers--anyway, they say that acid reflux is mistakenly thought to be becasue of too much acid in the stomach--but I read it is becasue there is not enough! We need stomach acid to digest our food--when you add a reducer you don't absorb nutriants and that causes all kinds of trouble--look it up and research it--it is your life.
