Worth getting a roller to help apply it and don't pull it to hard or it stretches a bit.Would definetly use this again on my next van. But remember it is only sticky one side.... **Q: Can I use it on the inside of a car roof under the roof lining ?** A: Yes **Q: What is the difference with the noico deadening mat?
