Those first ones wher rubber but kept slipping and woulnt hold and flimsy and was fraustrating to keep them in place and made me not want to work out. However these are the complete opposite and did the job great and i like how they came with instructions for certain workouts that help certain parts of the body to help you work out out effectively.
