Bitte immer darauf achten das bei härteren Sachen wie Möhren, Parmesan, Sellerie usw. Nicht zu voll gemacht wird und einigermaßen vorgeschnitten ist, dann funktioniert es auch mit diesen Lebensmitteln einwandfrei. Ich mache mir damit regelmäßig meinen Avocado Brotaufstrich. Mein Finger kann bestätigen das die Messer verdammt scharf sind ;) und um dies auch zu erhalten werden die Messer per Hand gespült, der Deckel feucht abgewischt und der Behälter kommt in die Spülmaschine.
