I got the results of my test today and the bad is lower, not great yet but on track, the good is a bit higher again not great but getting there. A couple of months ago I went to my heart doctor and she ask me about why I didn't take statins, I had a very bad experience several years back and the statin I was taking caused me great leg and back pain that lasted over a year after I stopped taking it. I couldn't walk any distance without having to set down. You can see why I refuse it now even though my GP Doctor fusses at me. My heart doctor suggested I take red yeast rice and explained it can lower bad cholesterol and it has...Good news today! I hate drugs! it's good to know there's a natural way to lower cholesterol and get other vital vitamins and minerals.. Thanks to PVK Research Innovations for making this great product.. I can't say enough. If you cholesterol is in range and you are taking statins ask you doctor about this. I'll post my numbers when I get them in the mail.
