I only use them for my prescription readers. They're quite delicate, when my little dog jumped in my lap and got his foot caught he yanked it away and broke the wiring next to where they attach. I attempted to put the wire through the loop and twist it closed. Unfortunately, the wire is made up of many wires much smaller and I couldn't get them to wrap and hold on. Also, because they aren't made to last.
