## Description

Precision rip fence upgrade for Table Saws. It can be retrofitted to earlier Charnwood models W619, W629 and W625. The PSF fence can also be fitted to any table saw with a front edge of the table which can be drilled to accept the guide rail. Fitting requires 3 holes to be drilled into the front edge of the cast iron or steel table, to the drawing provided. The upgrade kit consists of: A new front rail, 100cm long, with a clear scale, marked out in millimetres. A quick action fence clamp with a simple to use scale reader. A fence extrusion, 60cm long, which can be used in two positions, High or Low, allowing narrow cuts in thin material to be made. Fixing bolts.

Review: easy upgrade to pro tablesaw - The upgrade process was very easy. All I had to do was unbolt the old guide and fence and bolt the new one in place. No drilling required. When I was checking for squareness against the blade I found the fence was at a small angle less than 5 degrees from true so I took a washer that was under the wingnut and put it between the two metal box sections. And this brought the fence back into alignment. Very happy with the quality of the new fence and the simple scale to read the distance of the cut with. A. McKillen
Review: Fits Scheppach HS100 perfectly - Anyone who has bought a Scheppach HS100 table saw will likely agree with me that the fence supplied with the saw is sub-standard. Initial I made my own DIY fence but it required clamping both ends and wasn't brilliant which probably made me use the saw less than I would normally. This product appears to have been designed almost specifically for my saw - the pre-drilled holes on the front are the perfect depth for the cross piece - I cut off approx. 50mm of the cross piece to avoid any stick out and then bolted it on - once the fence was added it was the perfect depth for moving it around. Great piece of kit and my saw now looks the business ready for a summer of cabinet making and how improvement.

**Q: What is the spacing of the holes on the front rail for fitting to a cast iron table?**
A: The front rail has a slot at the back,so you put the bolts in the table slide the rail on and tighten so no worries about space between bolts, hope this helps 👍

**Q: Will a work zone saw table without too much hassle?**
A: IT would not attach using the provided mounting method this is designed to bolt onto a cast iron table saw , you would need to make a stand for the saw and fix the fence to the stand. it could be done but not just out the box and fit.

**Q: are any spears avalable /round mag lens**
A: I don't know what you mean by spears, but it is a good bit of kit

**Q: Is there any way to adjust the fence to get it parallel to the saw blade ?**
A: Yes, loosen the 4 nuts on top of the bit that goes on the track, bring the fence next to the blade, make sure they are parallel and tighten the nuts with an hex key.

I have got to figure how how it can be fitted to my table saw and make, and add a new extension to table, it means drilling new holes and hope for the best, other wise nice well bit of kit.
