These are pretty sturdy bags used for this product, so I can only suspect sabotage. Right now I am furious upon my delivery inspection to find the second bag with a slit in it. I didn't say anything the first time as I wasn't sure if the slit was there to begin with, but this time I am absolutely sure the slit was there before I removed the coffee out of the box.My order says I can not return the coffee, so now I am out a lot of money for the 2 lb bag? I will not reorder, which is a shame because I loved this coffee. I can't figure out how to get a refund.
