Distressed seams give this men’s Henley long sleeve shirt a rugged look, while sueded cotton gives it a soft feel. It’s a perfect fit for your outdoor lifestyle, with easy-moving raglan long sleeves and a 4-button placket for easy on/off. Contrast stitching, Legendary label at hem. Big & Tall sizes are designed for men over 6'2" and add 2" in body length and 1-1⁄2" in sleeve length. Size Instructions Neck: Measure around the base of your neck, one to two fingers inserted for comfort. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Waist: Bend to the side to find your natural waist. Measure keeping the tape slightly loose. Sleeve length: Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Start at the center back of your neck with a friend's help. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down to your wrist. Round up to the nearest half inch.

I own many of their clothes and they are all great quality. They are very true to size so I don't know why I took that advice. Order the side you usually do. This is, as with all their stuff... true to size.
