While the hair quality itself may be acceptable, the plastic banding on the extensions is completely inconsistent! one pack has a black base and the other has a white base. From a professional standpoint this is unacceptable. The bands do not match, are not easily hidden, and make the extensions difficult to use particularly on those with dark roots. I reached out to customer service multiple times seeking a replacement with matching bands, not a refund. Instead, I was offered a $20 refund on an order over $200, which does not resolve the problem or reflect the inconvenience. To add to the frustration, I am still waiting on a separate pack that was supposed to be delivered over a week ago, and I’ve received no response regarding that missing item.
