Review: Super fun gift - If you’re looking for a toy that brings endless joy to your child and instant chaos to your household, this remote control spider is the winner. My son got it for Christmas, and it has quickly become his favorite pastime—and his sister’s worst nightmare. The spider is surprisingly realistic, and the way it scuttles across the floor is equal parts amazing and terrifying. It’s so lifelike that even I jumped the first time it zipped under the couch! My son has become a self-proclaimed “Spider Commander,” gleefully sneaking up on his sister to unleash tiny screams of horror. (The best moment so far: he parked it in her shoe. Classic.) On the bright side, it’s teaching her to always double-check her surroundings, so life skills are being developed here, folks. As for the toy itself, it’s sturdy, the controls are easy for kids to master, and the battery life is solid (too solid, if you ask my daughter). Highly recommend if you enjoy laughter, screams, and the occasional heart-stopping spider ambush. Just be prepared for your kid to get a little too creative with their pranks. 10/10, would buy again—though my daughter might say otherwise. Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!
Review: Best Remote Toy - The best remote toy ever. My 6 year old loves this. It does everything that’s shown in the video. Very sturdy & much larger than expected.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do I make it reverse? Gets stuck a lot and continuously picking it up because I can’t figure out how to make it back up.**
A: Hi Andrew Reibold. If your spider gets struck, please press the left and right buttons together at the same time to make it spin/reverse when it’s stuck with obstacles. Thank you.

**Q: One wheel stopped working so it spins in circles. Any suggestions? Brand new as of today.**
A: Return it

**Q: How fast is it?**
A: Not very fast. Runs on wheels that have trouble with uneven surfaces. Works on line-of-sight only within about 15 feet.

**Q: Why did the left side of the spider stop working? We received it as a gift in the afternoon but stopped that same day. Very disappointed. My grandson**
A: Hello. Please ensure that carpet fibers and hair have not become stuck in the wheel mechanism, as this will hinder the wheel action on the toy. For additional questions or troubleshooting methods, please reach out to the terra Team at the following URL: customercare.battatco.com. Thank you.

The best remote toy ever. My 6 year old loves this. It does everything that’s shown in the video. Very sturdy & much larger than expected.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks like a real tarantula and plays like one too
*by C***T on April 25, 2026*

This was a lot of fun with the kids to use on them and then for them to use. I like the remote control aspect and the kids have been liking bringing it to terrorize the other kids. Definitely realistic too. Battery lasted a while with the first few uses. The noises is consistent with what to expect. Pros Looks real almost Moves quick Remote control LED eyes Cons: Noise can be a bit on the louder side but the toy is to be expected Overall I would purchase this as a gift for other kids and I would recommend to others as well.
