However it’s to easy to wear that I forgot I had it on and hopped into the hot tub for quite a while. It stayed on and the Upright GO still worked when I got out!!

I opted for this product and couldn't be happier. I have not used the adhesive, so I cannot say much about that, but I opted for the necklace and use this everyday. It has some great features in the app and I really can tell that my posture has improved. Highly recommend this if you need to get a gentle reminder not to slouch.

I would've giving it a 5 star if not for the steep price. Nevertheless, it vibrates whenever I slouch when sitting in front of a computer. I got 1 for my kid too so I don't need to nag when he slouches. I'm happy that I went with the set that comes with the necklace to bypass the sticker which made me itches. Glad I read other reviews before I made the decision. Another positive comment is I've had this unit for over 8 months now, never did the sensor came off from the hook on the necklace. Maybe the issue was more common for the Upright Go 1.0 and I have the 2.0 version. The app is very easy to set up and pair with the sensor and gets update once in a while.
