It washes off easily with rubbing alcohol for cleaning up mistakes or use soap, water, and a cloth to remove entirely. It smells good, stayed on during a hot day at comic con, and was buildable to a deep opaque black with a sponge. Using a brush provided more greyish translucency and a watercolor effect. It did not irritate the skin. Its gunky, clumpy, and will not be dissolved by alcohol, turpentine/turpenoid, or water. It took me the better part of an hour to clean my Iwata and there are still some spots I can't get to.It smells like green apples which is kind of strange but the ink itself sprays allright even at low pressure and it provides good coverage and is very opaque. It's not ink though, it does not stain anything or get absorbed into a substrate. It's more like liquid latex in that it forms a very thin, water proof coat that can be peeled off. It does not stain the skin at all. You can rub it off with your thumb. The rubbing friction does more to remove it than water does.
