I chose the folding option as I don’t have a ton of space for workout equipment. When folded it easily fits in the corner of my bedroom so my husband can’t complain about it being in the way. The bike comes partially assembled so assembly was very quick and easy. The screws came placed where they needed to go, all you have to do is unscrew them, place the piece you need on and screw them back into place. So much easier than a big bag full of loose screws.The height of the seat can easily be adjusted based on your needs. There are 8 resistance levels that can also be adjusted by simply turning the dial to the number you prefer. The LCD screen is easy to read and operate. You have 2 buttons, reset and mode. The mode option allows you to switch between time, speed, distance, total distance, pulse and calories. The handle bars have pulse rate sensors which are really nice, you can check your pulse right on the LCD screen.I’ve had this bike for a week now and I’ve used it everyday. I love the fact that I can even use it while my husband is sleeping. It’s very quiet which is exactly what I needed. I am 5’2 & it works for me but I feel like If I were much taller it’d be too small. Love how compact and quiet it is when in use. Phone holder was a nice touch and my phone fits with a slim case on it. My only suggestion for improvement would be the seat cushion. Some of Bolt, Washer and Nut are already assembled kindly for Stabilizers, Seat and Handle Bar. So, I had to look Part List carefully. But they were all there. The illustrations for Assembly Instruction could be little larger though. There were a lots of similar product with same price range on Amazon, but I choose this one because of color (Red and Black). It is a cute bike and fits to our interior.
