I did it by trial and error until it worked. There are only a handful of combinations. Swapping the outer two fixed the reverse proble and then I swapped the centre with one of the outlets I think. Mine now works from 0 to 250 the right way round. I never worked our what the dial does. If your tig welder only has one socket with TWO pins, then it’s an HF start only, which means you can use a switch but not a foot pedal. However if it has either two sockets with 1x2pin and 1x4 or 5 pin, then this will work (with a bit of a mod) Some welders only have one socket with 7 pins, which will mean you’ll need to modify the leads on this pedal to suit. **Q: Will this pedal work with Rohr wsme 200 machine?** A: Hi. Sorry for the slow answer which is no and yes. Out of the box it won't work but it can be rewired to work. If you need more info then let me know. **Q: Can someone please explain how to wire treadle to machine with 2 pin plug, thanks.** A: You can’t. 2 pin is HF start only. It doesn't have that nice rack and pinion in the images, the bolts are beyond loose, the pedal is just a flat bit of stamped steel without even the grip notches in the sellers image. Mine also had wires poking out of the poorly formed body.The polarity was also backward for my Rohr welder - This wouldn't be a massive problem if the rest of this was not junk.So now what? I have to return this crap to China and wait weeks for a refund? They have their product back to sell to another chump for £43, and I have a month of my time wasted?I've had poor products before, but this is something else.
