Prior to owning this light, I owned the Knog Frog Lights. The design and concept were much the same. The major, important differences being the battery, and the placement of the on/off button. The with Knog Frog, the lights would constantly turn on in my backpack, and the battery would drain. This was a major inconvenience, as the batteries were expensive, and often hard to find. This version of the light solves both those problems. They are more eco friendly, as a result, and also save me a ton of money.
