Save your nails and use this to loosen tray. Especially useful when using new tight trays. My nails are soft and prone to breakage and unfortunately due to a split starting I had to trim it close to my skin so when I had to use my second tray, after the buttons were put on which made it even tighter, they were so tight and no matter which finger I used, I just couldn’t get any mail under the tray and if I did, they were so tight that my fingers were hurting. I was starving already and went to my local stores to see if there were anything like this and all I could find was a dental kit containing a metal plaque scraper so I used it but was afraid the metal would eventually rip the tray so I searched online and low and behold I found things like this exist! Although there are a few others, I decided to get this since it has the rubber part that helps set your trays better. Until this, I folded a paper towel and bit on it. This is a must have before starting Invisalign. Don’t want to risk starvation until your rays loosen up!
