Brussels sprouts always seem to be the last project in our garden and I have many memories of chipping them out of the ice. Churchill grows about 2 feet tall with a nice medium-green color. A chef we know in St. Louis, suggests just rinsing them, then frying in a pan or wok with oil and garlic at pretty high heat. Just delicious.
