A: Call Amazon cust sv and speak direcly with a rep...if that doesn't work...notify your bank and dispute the charge... *** If you order FROM AMAZON and have your item shipped FROM AMAZON you will likely get your $ back or they will resolve the issue... if you order from a PRIVATE VENDOR , YOU MIGHT BE IN TROUBLE... NOT ALL OF THEM ARE HONEST... BEST OF LUCK TO YOU...

**Q: are these wooden or wood...what makes them wooden and not wood?**
A: Over half of the WOODEN STICKS were WARPED AND CROOCKED... Not happy with them at all, as I couldn't use the faulty ones which were more than half of the contents... WASTED MY $$$...

**Q: Are these treated with any chemicals or preservatives?**
A: I don't see any indication of this one way or another on the box.

I have been using them to make homemade popsicles and have not noticed anything "off" about them.
