Review: Good product but handling of packages by desertcart delivery agents is pathetic - The product is good but I have issues with the handling of items by the desertcart delivery agents. I saw the box was almost thrown on ground from the delivery van. Then it was dragged and rolled by the delivery person to bring in my apartment (all thanks to cctv). Also the microwave was in its standard packaging provided by the manufacturer, desertcart didn't provide its additional layer of packaging which its normally does. Luckily the product was not damaged and was in good condition so I kept it. I would request the desertcart officials to look into these kind of issues wherein the there is a risk of receiving a damaged product due to somme careless behavoiur of delivery agents. Apart from the delivery issues, the product is good. All the three modes i.e. Microwave, Convection ang Grill work fine. Although there is some scope of improvement for Grill mode but at this price point you can't expect too much. Review: A very good product at discounted price. - A very good product at discounted price. Observations after 3-4 years of use: *There is some non-visible opening in the door, from where insects are going inside the door (between the two layers of doors) and it's become a problem to clean the insects out. * It should not be kept unused for days and initially when I was unaware of this issue I kept it idle for months and all of the sudden there was a problem (SE error) when I wanted to use it. (The following is just informative regarding customer service- when I called for getting the error resolved, the Samsung technician visited but told me that the entire panel is damaged and that it would take thousands of rupees if I want to get it replaced, also that he's ready to purchase it for 2-3 thousand rupees if I want to sell it away. The problem here is that the company technicians are supposed to resolve the issue using their skills but he tried to pull out a benefit for his own sake by saying that the oven became useless. INTERESTINGLY THE ISSUE GOT RESOLVED ON IT'S OWN WITHIN A FEW DAYS. The machine is working very well as of now with a good power source and is in perfect daily use for microwave heating of food). *Microwave is outstanding but convectional and grills modes are not upto their best performance. ## Features - 28L : Suitable for large families - 1 year on Product, 10 years on ceramic enamel cavity - Convection: Can be used for baking along with grilling, reheating, defrosting and cooking - Control: Touch Key Pad (Membrane) is sensitive to touch and easy to clean - Child Safety Lock: Ensures complete safety especially for homes with young children - Special Features : Various Cooking Mode, Preheat, Clock, 30Sec +, Power Defrost, Auto Cook, Deodorization, Ceramic Enamel Cavity - Make yogurt anytime, Easy cleaning interiors with Ceramic enamel - Brand does NOT provide starter kit with this product - Deodorization: The Deodorization setting forces air out of the interior cavity, so that any lingering odors are quickly dissipated. - Included in the Box : 1 Unit Convection Microwave Oven, 1 Unit Glass Turntable, 1 Wire Rack, 1 Quick Guide Label ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00K63CGNU | | Additional Features | Auto Cook, Defrost,Control Panel lock, Timer, interior Light, Turntable | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,270,373 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) #58 in Combination Convection & Microwave Ovens | | Brand | Samsung | | Brand Name | Samsung | | Capacity | 28 litres | | Colour | Dark Gray | | Controller Type | Touch | | Cooking Program | Auto Cook, Defrost, Grill, Reheat, Tandoor | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 2,866 Reviews | | Defrost System Type | Defrost | | Energy Consumption | 900 Watts | | Frequency | 50 Hz | | Heating Method | Convection | | Human Interface Input | Keypad | | Importer Contact Information | Samsung India Electronics Private Limited, Gurgaon (India), 180057267864 | | Included Components | 1 Microwave Oven, 1 Glass Turn Table, 1 Roller Ring, 1 Round Wire Rack, 1 User Manual | | Inner Material | Ceramic Enamel | | Installation Type | Countertop | | Item Type Name | MWO | | Item Weight | 17500 Grams | | Manufacturer | Samsung India Electronics Private Limited, Gurgaon (India), 180057267864, Samsung india Pvt Ltd | | Manufacturer Contact Information | Samsung India Electronics Private Limited, Gurgaon (India), 180057267864 | | Manufacturer Part Number | MC28H5013AK | | Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Model Name | MC28H5013AK/TL | | Model Number | MC28H5013AK/TL | | Packer Contact Information | Samsung India Electronics Private Limited, Gurgaon (India), 180057267864 | | Special Feature | Auto Cook, Defrost,Control Panel lock, Timer, interior Light, Turntable | | Timer Function | Timer Function Available | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Voltage | 230 Volts | | Warranty Description | Manufacturer warranty: 1 Year Standard Warranty on Product, 10 Years Warranty on Ceramic Enamel Cavity (T&C Apply) | Contact Brand for queries/assistance @ [Telephone: (Toll Free): 1800 40 7267864 (1800 40 SAMSUNG), WhatsApp: 1800-57-267864 & Email: support.india@samsung.com] and provide product's model name and seller's details mentioned on your invoice. The delivery was as smooth as Amazons. The Samsung installation technician was lined up for next day of delivery, he came in and gave the demo, ofcourse for free. Coming to the product, its just superb. Ive baked cookies, tandoori, cakes and papad in it. Just perfection. The microwave option does its part every day as well. There are 2 different level steel grills with the oven, and the rotating disk inside. Ive seen complaints regarding some crusty bowl but neither was it promised to me nor did I get it in delivery so theres not duping of any sort. Its just a fantastic product from a reputed manufactured and sold by Samsung themselves, listed on a genuine site. Just go for it! I got some solid discount in sale + no cost EMI, cant refuse such a deal haha! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/168911312-samsung-28-l-convection-microwave-oven-mc28h5013ak-tl-dark-gray](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/168911312-samsung-28-l-convection-microwave-oven-mc28h5013ak-tl-dark-gray) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
