I have dry skin and dark circles under my eyes. I did not expect that to improve, but it does brighten that under eye area a little bit, which is a nice benefit. To describe it further, I put some on in the morning and I don't have to use a lot to cover my whole face and neck. It soaks in and looks great, even without make up. I do put make up on, and whether it is water based air gun sprayed on, or my lovely high dollar make up (can't tell ya because that is not allowed in the review), it goes on smoothly. This Sunday, for the first time in months, I just put lotion on and a little under eye cover up, which blended right in smoothly, and went very natural looking. This is a good product and much less expensive than the competition.
