Thanks** A: I don't know the answer but I do know you can buy pH strips to test it yourself. You can get them on Amazon, they look pretty cheap. **Q: Is this tested on animals** A: L’Oreal, Garnier’s parent company, tests on animals. That being said, Garnier itself is cruelty free and Leaping Bunny certified (Leaping Bunny being one of the most reputable cruelty free certifications out there).
