When I first saw this clock, I wanted it immediately.  The first order arrived, and the hour hand was broken.  I returned it and they replaced it and was shipped to me in a very timely manner.  The 2nd clock arrived in excellent working condition.  I love it.  Well worth the money.  Wonderful customer service from The Clock Company.  Thank you.

Great product, but I’m lucky it arrived in functional order. I literally thought that either the packing staff were trying to cause the company to collapse with bad packaging (or couldn’t care less that they packaged the clock so poorly), or someone was playing a really bad joke. The box was way oversized and cushioning material was minimal.
