But, it did not remove the stain that I had on suede. **Q: Was wanting to know if this product will get major brown stains off of a grey leather steering wheel?** A: we have been using this product for a long time. it does take quite a few applications to get some kind of a positive result. it depends on the oil saturation. We also have had to add a finishing color to cover the residual stain. I was told they couldn’t do it, so I gave this product a try.Overall I’m happy with the results, even if it’s not perfect. The stains show faintly, but it’s pretty good.There was some drying of the leather from the degreaser, so I applied a leather cleaner/conditioner afterwards. I may still have to use a deep conditioner for the bag.It did take several overnight applications, and I had to saturate the leather more than anticipated. Basically I followed the product directions and watched a YouTube video that featured this product. FYI, you have to peel back part of the label to find the directions in English. ### ⭐ Didn’t work on nubuck shoes with oil stain *by on Reviewed in the United States September 23, 2020* This didn’t remove oil stains from my nubuck shoes but did reduce the color of the stain slightly. I ended up putting Dawn on the spots and washing the shoes in the washing machine. Cheaper and more effective.
