Unfortunately I only got to use this iron 3 times and the first times I used it wasn’t even as hot as my old one so it didn’t straighten my hair as good. Well after I tried to using it again the 4th time the iron wouldn’t even get hot, I would leave it to heat up for up to 10 mins and over and nothing, had it to the highest degree on it and nothing, it would only get warm to where I could put my whole hand on it holding it from the iron plates.
