It's easy to install and the product has worked well over the years. The packaged arrived sooner than quoted and arrived in perfect condition. I would use this product again and the same Vendor again too. ### ⭐ Never again *by K***Y on March 12, 2013* Won't install, stops whenever the box says Install or Next and refuses to react to a mouse click. Hitting enter allows it to proceed for a couple times then it stops and ignores all keyboard and mouse entries.I've owned and recommended this program for many years, this is the first time the installation has hung up. Same computer, same owner, different results from eset.Their help menus ask questions about the program and the registry that I can't answer, then it refuses to complete the help form.
