As a practitioner and teacher of Zhineng Qigong for 20 years, and being the author of "Aloha Qigong", I find this book to be really well written with a wealth of information. You would want to learn the forms from a qualified teacher, but this book can be read and re-read over and over, deepening your understanding with each read.  There are many subtleties when one practices this amazing art - it leads to infinite depths and infinite expansion and this book helps facilitate an understanding that goes way beyond the forms themselves touching on what is TRULY happening when you practice.
