I am short (5'1"), so need to sit forward so my legs can bend at the edge of the bottom seat and not be extended out, on my Home Office Chair. This works perfect for that. The curvature in the Cushion is kind of small, meaning that it just fits my build (small - medium), but might not work for a taller / bigger build person.The Cushion itself is comfortable and does not move too much. Only if I do a lot of shifting around. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ it's firm and doesn't seem to let me "sink" into it which provides good support, and doesn't have the annoying "scoop" sues ... *by E***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 24, 2016* I've been using this lumbar support for 1 week now and so far I haven't had the urge to return it. The last product I bought was more expensive and didn't help my back pain at all. This particular support doesn't seem too bulky to me, it's firm and doesn't seem to let me "sink" into it which provides good support, and doesn't have the annoying "scoop" sues on it which really bothered me on the last product I bought. I use it in my Escape and it fits fine around the seat using the strap; however it does slide up and down and to the sides when I move around (getting in and out of my vehicle) so in have to adjust it frequently...but that is going to happen with any product as such, not too bothersome. I drive an hour to work one way and this has helped tremendously with my lower back pain. Although the width across the back might have been fine, the actually flat section before it winged out on the sides was to narrow for me. I didn’t feel like I settled into it correctly and was very aware it was behind me. I am only a 5’6” women and my back is pretty normal, but maybe this will be the same for most others out there in this price range. I used one at my physical therapist office that was perfect and very comfortable, but I’m also sure it was more expensive then I can afford. So for now I’m going with a rolled up towel, which isn’t the best.
