After six months off due to a back injury, I decided to work with a trainer to avoid reinjury before I was fighting fit again. My trainer's bands were humbling and three months later, I was still comfortably using his easiest/lightest band despite a full recovery and return to normal lifting. Thrusters, bridges, banded squats, walking squat, clams...the exercises and burn are endless.I decided to order my own bands and ended up with this option. I went with the lowest and medium band strength and didn't bother ordering the three pack assuming I'd never be able to use the most difficult band.The quality felt great and these bands appear to be durable but band #1 didn't have enough resistance for me. Band #2 had more resistance and would work for some exercises but not enough resistance for all.
